茶の木 煎茶 紫 CHA-no-KI Sencha MURASAKI
The product is made of the tealeaves from the tea garden with rich soil on the steep hill, where temperature changes a lot between day and night. Tea pickers pluck the buds in early May.
The young yellow green buds become dark green Sencha with refreshing flavor after being rolled into a needle-like shape. This process is carried out as soon as they are harvested.
淹れ方
The temperature of hot water drops about 5 to 10 ℃ when the water is transferred from one vessel to another. Using this nature of hot water, you can warm your teapot and cups as well as lower the temperature of hot water to the best temperature for your tea.
For the second serving, use 60ml of hot water (60℃) and steep it for 1min; for the third, 60ml, 90℃ about 30sec.Because of its excellent quality, you can eat it with Shoyu (soy sauce) or Ponzu (soy sauce mixed with Yuzu citrus) after drinking the tea.To make cold tea, use 10g of tealeaves per 500ml of cold water and leave it for about 20 min. You’ll find a less bitter, mellow taste!
