茶の木 玉露 CHA-no-KI Gyokuro
The tea garden has been covered to avoid direct sunlight for about 20 days before harvest. Under the cover, Gyokuro gets more nutrients from the rich soil and becomes vivid green & tastier.
淹れ方
The temperature of hot water drops about 5 to 10 ℃ when the water is transferred from one vessel to another. Using this nature of hot water, you can warm your teapot and cups as well as lower the temperature of hot water to the best temperature for your tea. The amount of hot water used for the first serving is very little. If you can’t get the tea water from your teapot, add some more hot water there.
For the second serving, use 30ml of hot water (60℃) and steep it for 2.5min; for the third, 30ml, 70℃ about 2min.Because of its high quality, you can eat it with Shoyu (soy sauce) or Ponzu (soy sauce mixed with Yuzu citrus) after drinking the tea.
水出し茶でのお楽しみ方
茶葉の量10gに水500mlをボトルに注いでください。浸出時間20分を目安にお好みのグラスに注いでください。
